Very good but expect small rooms
Location is great, only 7 mins from main train station. The rooms are as expected, very small. OK for one person I'd imagine but a bit of negotiating when you are two. Clean rooms and everything you need
Rooms are small but as expected. In my opinion, the second chair just takes up too much room

Location, clean
The tiny room. It's best for 1 person as the one person has to crawl over the other to get out of bed to go to the washroom during the night. Not room for 2 chairs and 2 suitcases

As expected for the price
It was close to city center and transportation.
Struggled to sleep (hard mattress/small bed) and the shower/bathroom is not sound insulated at all. We also had a clogged drain so water filled up the shower.

Very Good
We were given a room at 10 AM itself. Thankful ! However we were not charged the amount that was mentioned in the correspondance, however a higher amount with an upgrade.
We had to pay 10 Danish kroners for a glass of hotwater. Also to store the luggage there was a charge of 20 DKK. Does not give you a good feeling. The revenue that is realized from this small charge, paying with credit card, results in much more loss of goodwill & lower rating for the organization.
